Account Deletion Steps:

Follow these simple steps to request the deletion of your Chick-In account:

  1. Log in to your account on the Chick-In.
  2. Navigate to profile page.
  3. Look for the remove account option.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm and complete the account deletion process.

Data Deletion and Retention:

Upon account deletion, the following types of data will be permanently deleted:

  • Personal Information: Name, E-mail, phone Number, Identity Number, etc.
  • Usage Data: Daily-activity, period, etc

However, please note the following:

  • Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes.
  • Backups containing your data may exist for a limited period, but they will be automatically deleted within 3 days.
